There are four main automation production methods for automotive body stamping parts: robot automation production line, multi station press production line, continuous die stamping production line, and system integrated with automated three-dimensional warehouse.
1. Robot automated production line
Utilize industrial robots to complete operations such as loading and unloading, handling, and palletizing. Its core advantage lies in high flexibility, which allows for flexible adjustment of movements through pre-set programs, adapting to the production of stamping parts of different shapes and sizes. It is very suitable for multi variety, small batch production modes and can achieve rapid production changes.
2. Multi station press production line
This method consists of a multi station press and a feeding device, and multiple stamping processes can be completed sequentially on one press. Its biggest feature is extremely high production efficiency, which can achieve high-speed continuous stamping, but the flexibility of the production line is relatively low, so it is most suitable for mass production of the same type of stamping parts.
3. Continuous die stamping production line
The continuous die is used for stamping on the press, and the material is continuously fed into the die to complete multiple processes such as punching, stretching, and shaping in sequence. This method has fast production speed, high precision, and can ensure excellent consistency in the quality of stamped parts. It is commonly used for producing small and complex shaped structural parts.
4. Integration of automated stamping line and three-dimensional warehouse
This is a solution that deeply integrates the above-mentioned automated stamping production line with an automated three-dimensional warehouse (ASRS). It realizes fully automatic storage and transportation from raw materials to finished stamping parts, greatly improving the automation and management level of production logistics, reducing manual intervention, and is the cornerstone of building a "black light factory".
