In conventional water or alcohol extraction processes, the extraction liquid in a multifunctional extraction tank typically takes 20 to 30 minutes to heat from room temperature to boiling (100°C). Once boiling is reached, about one third of the extract is drawn into the concentration tank through a filter pipe for the subsequent concentration step.
The multifunctional extraction tank is a commonly used leaching and extraction vessel in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. It is suitable for extracting active components from plant materials and is often used in Chinese medicine factories for decoction, alcohol recovery, and volatile oil separation. The heating process involves jackets, steam connections, temperature sensor mounts, and seals. For on-site non-standard interface dimensions or replacement parts, we can provide single-piece or small-batch custom machining according to customer drawings.
