A paper bowl forming machine is a highly automated, multi-function machine built to produce disposable conical food paper containers. These include beverage cups, tea cups, coffee cups, advertising cups, market cups, and ice cream cups. It uses a single-side PE coated paper cup machine design. The work flow runs through several continuous steps.
First, the machine receives pre-printed fan-shaped paper blanks through an automatic paper feed system. Next, heat sealing joins the cup wall tightly to keep the container sealed. To improve user comfort, the machine automatically oils the curled rim to provide lubrication. Then the machine punches the cup bottom from roll paper for precise cutting. A later heating step brings the cup to the required temperature for the next process. Knurling seals the cup bottom and improves its appearance and structural stability. For these stations, we can machine custom knurling wheels, feed rollers, and other precision parts from customer drawings in single pieces or small batches.
The machine also has a photoelectric detection system that monitors production in real time to keep product quality consistent. If any fault occurs, the machine alarms automatically to reduce downtime. It also has a counting function for accurate production statistics and management.
