Stranding machines come in many types. By stranding method and structure, they can be grouped into single stranders, pair twinners, high-speed stranders, untwisting machines, and cage, frame, tubular, and disk stranders. Each type suits different wires, lay lengths, and output requirements. At Hansheng Automation, we provide build-to-print custom machining for these machines, producing stranding cages, capstans, take-up and traversing parts, drive shafts, gears, flanges, and bearing housings from customer drawings.
Single strander
This group includes vertical single stranders and cantilever single stranders. They are mainly used for HDMI, DP, USB, CAT-7, and other high-frequency wires, electronic wires, data cables, core wire pair twisting, and multi-strand stranding, such as computer connection cables and data transmission cables.
Pair twinner
It is mainly used for twisting high-frequency data cables to ensure stable signal transmission.
High-speed strander
It comes in automatic tension and manual tension versions. It is suitable for copper wire stranding in computer ribbon cables, earphone wires, electronic wires, telephone wires, network cables, and PVC wires. It helps improve production efficiency and wire quality. We can machine non-standard parts for high-speed stranders from customer drawings in single pieces or small batches, and select materials, heat treatment, and surface treatment according to the working conditions.
Untwisting machine
It is designed for high-frequency digital cables. By staggering and balancing the positions of insulated core wires, it addresses uneven torsion during pair twisting. This helps keep wire quality uniform and lay length accurate during high-speed pair twisting. It uses dual untwisting technology and delivers good untwisting effect and performance.
Cage, frame, tubular, and disk stranders
These types have their own application areas, such as cable braiding and wire stranding inside conduit. They cover different production needs.
Beyond stranding equipment, our precision custom machining capability is not limited to cable machinery. Hansheng Automation can machine yacht precision components, RC car precision components, tobacco packaging machinery parts, filling machinery parts, printing machinery parts, food machinery parts, and non-standard metal parts for medical devices from customer drawings. We focus on build-to-print custom machining and produce single pieces or small batches according to customer drawings. We do not sell complete machines.
