A film laminating machine that runs too slow usually points to mechanical structure, electrical system, film material, or software system. Check mechanical drag first, then the motor and parameters, then the film material, and finally the software.

Mechanical structure

Guide rails and slide blocks wear over time. Running resistance increases, so speed drops. Belt drives also loosen, and power transmission becomes less efficient. Debris inside the machine or improper part installation can cause mechanical jamming and limit running speed.

We can machine guide rails, slide blocks, drive shafts, and rollers for film laminating machines from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches. Hansheng Automation works to drawing dimensions and assembly clearances.

Electrical system

The motor is the power source. If motor power drops or speed becomes unstable, machine speed drops directly. Improper controller parameters, such as acceleration or running speed set too low, also make the laminating machine run slowly.

Film material

Film with high tack increases friction against the substrate surface. Speed becomes hard to raise. Uneven film thickness forces the machine to adjust continuously, which affects overall speed.

Software system

Software that has not been updated for a long time or has faults can run slowly and respond late. When multiple programs are installed, they may conflict and interfere with normal operation, slowing the machine down.

Our precision parts machining service is not limited to film laminating machines. Hansheng Automation can machine custom parts from drawings for filling machinery, tobacco packaging machinery, printing machinery, and food machinery. We also cover yacht precision fittings and RC car structural parts. Single pieces and small batches are both available, with attention to material, tolerance, surface finish, and assembly fit.
