1.Startup Preparation
1.1 Turn on the air supply and power switch. Ensure air pressure is stable at 4–6 kg/cm² and voltage is 220 VAC.
1.2 Start the main power, motor, and display in sequence. Wait approximately two minutes for the machine to complete self-checks and enter standby mode.

2.Machine Adjustment
2.1 Epoxy Plate Removal and Installation

Press F9 to select Home Epoxy and move the dispensing head out.

Align the epoxy plate with the locating pins and keep it level during installation or removal.

Press STOP to return the dispensing head to its home position.

2.2 Wafer Ring Replacement

Enter the AUTO menu and press F7 to move the bond arm out.

When replacing the wafer ring, make sure the die anode faces right and the cathode faces left. Press firmly and lock securely.

Press Shift+F6 to return the bond arm.

2.3 Light Spot Calibration (Three-Point Alignment)

Loosen the nozzle cap, then go to SETUP → 0 Process Setup → 1 Bonding Process → 0 Bond Head Setup → 7 Pick Die Level.

Place a reflective sheet and remove the nozzle cap. Press F4 to switch to the WAFER screen.

Adjust the lens X/Y knobs so the crosshair aligns with the light spot, then lock the position and press STOP.
For worn reflective sheets, nozzle caps, or optical calibration fixtures that affect repeatability, Hansheng Automation can provide custom-machined replacements matched to the ESEC 2100.

2.4 Wafer Calibration

Move the wafer ring so at least nine dies are visible on the display, and position the crosshair on the center die.

Go to SETUP → 1 Vision Setup → 0 Wafer Inspection → 0 Die Type and select IC.

Select 1 Load Good Die, input two diagonal reference positions, and adjust lighting until the yellow prompt appears.

Run 3 Die Calibrate for automatic calibration, then use 4 Learn Pitch to set X/Y spacing.

2.5 PCB Setup

Go to SETUP → 5 Teach PCB → 0 Teach PCB Alignments, select 1 Point, and position it at the cup center.

Enter 5 Teach PCB → 1 PRS Setup → 0 PCB Calibration, adjust lighting until the yellow prompt appears, then exit.
