Corrugated board production
This is the base of production. It turns raw paper into corrugated board.
Corrugated board line: the core equipment. It includes the single facer, double facer, preheater, and gluer. It runs continuous production of different flute profiles such as A, B, C, and E flute.
Single facer: can run alone to make single-face corrugated board. It suits factories with a smaller initial investment.
Printing equipment
This prints graphics, text, and logos on cartons.
Flexo printer: common choice. Uses water-based ink. Lower cost and more environmentally friendly. Suits large runs.
Digital printer: suits small runs and many product types. No plate making. More flexible.
Offset printer: mainly for preprinted high-end color cartons. High print accuracy, but plate making cost is high.
Forming and processing equipment
This turns corrugated board into carton shapes.
Die-cutting machine: core processing equipment. It creases, trims, and slots the board through a die to form the carton blank. Types include flatbed and rotary.
Slotting machine: cuts the insert flap slots in the board.
Slitter scorer: cuts large sheets and presses fold lines.
Assembly and packing equipment
This assembles formed board blanks into boxes and packs them.
Stitcher: joins with metal staples. Fast and strong.
Folder gluer: bonds the joint with glue. The finished box looks flatter. Suits food and electronics packaging. Comes in semi-automatic and fully automatic models.
Strapping machine: bundles finished cartons for storage and transport.
Auxiliary and other equipment
Raw paper handling: paper cutter, reel stand.
Logistics and handling: stacker, conveyor.
Quality inspection: compression tester, thickness gauge.
Environmental equipment: wastewater and exhaust treatment systems to meet regulations.
Power equipment: air compressor for pneumatic tools.
