The dynamic multifunctional extraction tank is suitable for water extraction or organic solvent extraction of traditional Chinese medicine. It can perform decoction or hot reflux extraction under stirring conditions and recover volatile oil components to improve extraction efficiency and energy utilization.
The main body consists of a straight cylindrical upper section and a conical lower section. The relatively large diameter and short length of the cylinder help shorten the stirring shaft, resulting in more stable operation. The discharge door uses a pneumatic opening and closing system with smooth operation and good self-locking performance. The feeding door is a manual quick-opening structure, simple to operate and reliable.
Depending on the model, the equipment has corresponding specifications for volume, cylinder diameter, jacket diameter, feeding door diameter, and discharge door diameter to suit different production scales. The working pressure is 0.15 MPa, and the jacket pressure is 0.30 MPa. The overall height and weight increase with the model size, and the stirring power ranges from 1.1 kW to 7.5 kW. For auxiliary equipment, the condenser area ranges from 1.5 m² to 2.5 m², and the filter specifications range from DN300×800 to DN300×400. Steam consumption ranges from 180 kg/h to 645 kg/h, and the stirring speed is constant at 36 rpm. For non-standard parts such as stirring shafts, discharge door seals, or filter interfaces in the above equipment, we can provide single-piece or small-batch machining according to customer drawings.
