Machine does not move at startup
Possible cause: main power or control power is not connected.
Fix: check the external power supply. Restore power. Turn on the key switch or close the breaker in the distribution cabinet.
Turntable does not turn
Possible causes: burned inverter, wrong parameter settings, broken turntable chain, turntable motor fault, reducer fault, damaged selector switch.
Fix: replace the inverter, reset parameters, adjust or replace the chain, test the motor and replace it if needed, replace the reducer, replace the selector switch.
Turntable needs a push to start
Possible cause: inverter soft-start time is set too long.
Fix: reset the soft-start time.
Turntable does not stop
Possible cause: DIP switch is damaged.
Fix: check and repair the DIP switch.
Turntable has no soft start or soft stop
Possible cause: inverter parameters are set wrong.
Fix: reset the parameters.
Noise after the turntable starts
Possible causes: uneven floor, one or more support rollers badly worn.
Fix: level the floor or move the machine to a better location. Replace the worn support rollers.
Inverter shows overload alarm
Possible cause: unstable voltage.
Fix: improve power quality or adjust the inverter acceleration and deceleration time.
Drive rubber roller or film carriage connector (square rod) damaged
Possible causes: damage during transport or impact.
Fix: replace the damaged part.
Film carriage feed speed cannot be adjusted
Possible causes: DC speed control box damaged, or one or more pallet rollers badly worn.
Fix: replace the DC speed control box. Replace the worn pallet rollers.
