Power indicator light does not turn on
Operators should first check whether the power supply has a missing phase and make sure the three-phase power supply is normal. Check whether the fuse is blown and replace it with the same specification if needed. Check whether power cord connections are tight and whether the power switch is damaged. Retighten the wiring or replace the switch.
No heating in the shrink chamber
Operators should check the power circuit and transfer switch to make sure contact is good. Open the electrical box and check the wire connections, then retighten any loose wires. When temperature control fails, poor contact is a common cause. Operators should replace the solid voltage regulator, temperature controller, or AC contactor. If the heating tube is open or the wire end is not connected securely, operators should check whether the heating tube is damaged, reconnect the wire end, or replace the heating tube. If the thermocouple is damaged, operators should replace it to restore temperature detection.
Poor shrink result
Operators should readjust heating temperature and conveyor speed according to the packaging material. If heat shrink film quality is poor, operators should choose a high-quality heat shrink film with a suitable shrink ratio to avoid insufficient shrinkage caused by material problems.
Abnormal heating of the heating tube
Abnormally high or low power supply voltage can cause abnormal heating. Operators should use a voltmeter to check and adjust voltage to the rated range. If the heating tube is aging or performance has declined, operators should replace it with a new one to restore stable heating.
Conveyor motor does not run
Operators should test the motor switch for continuity and replace it if damaged. Check the output signal of the speed controller and replace the controller if speed cannot be adjusted. Check whether the chain, sprocket, and bearing are jammed, clean foreign objects, and lubricate them. If the sprocket, bearing housing, or gear is worn, we can machine replacement parts according to customer drawings and support single-piece and small-batch production. Use a multimeter to measure the motor winding resistance and replace the motor after confirming it is burned out.
Top fan does not run
Operators should check whether the fan coil is short-circuited or open, and replace the fan if damaged. Test the output voltage of the rectifier stack and replace it if abnormal. Check whether the fan switch contacts are burned and replace the switch if necessary. Clean foreign objects around the fan blades to ensure flexible rotation. Check the fan power circuit and reconnect loose or broken wires.
Abnormal motor speed
If the speed controller cannot adjust speed, operators should check its control signal and parameter settings, then repair or replace the controller. If the internal gear of the motor is worn, operators should disassemble the motor to check gear engagement and replace the gear or motor if wear is severe.
