Medical sterilizers fall into three main groups: moist heat disinfection and sterilization equipment, dry heat disinfection and sterilization equipment, and chemical disinfection and sterilization equipment.

Moist heat disinfection and sterilization equipment

Steam disinfector

Components: sterilization chamber, control system, overpressure protection device, and other parts.

Principle: high-temperature steam acts on microorganisms on the load. It denatures microbial proteins and kills the microorganisms.

Use: steam disinfection of moisture-resistant and heat-resistant medical instruments.

Boiling disinfector

Components: control system, heating system, boiling tank, and other parts.

Principle: place medical instruments in water or another liquid and boil for a set time.

Use: boiling disinfection of moisture-resistant and heat-resistant medical instruments.

Pressure steam sterilizer

Components: sterilization chamber, control system, overpressure protection device, and other parts. It may have a built-in steam generator or use external steam.

Principle: saturated steam acts on microorganisms on the load. It denatures microbial proteins and kills the microorganisms.

Use: sterilization of moisture-resistant and heat-resistant medical instruments.

Dry heat disinfection and sterilization equipment

Hot air disinfector

Components: chamber, heating system, control system, and other parts.

Principle: circulating hot air provides thermal energy for disinfection.

Use: disinfection of high-temperature-resistant medical instruments.

Hot air sterilizer

Components: chamber, heating system, control system, and other parts.

Principle: circulating hot air provides thermal energy for sterilization.

Use: sterilization of high-temperature-resistant medical instruments.

Thermal radiation sterilizer

Components: chamber, heating system, control system, and other parts.

Principle: thermal radiation provides thermal energy for sterilization.

Use: sterilization of high-temperature-resistant medical instruments.

Chemical disinfection and sterilization equipment

Acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water generator

Components: water circuit system, electrolytic cell, control device, and other parts.

Principle: electrolysis produces acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water for disinfection.

Use: disinfection of medical instruments that can tolerate acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water.

Ozone disinfector

Components: ozone generation device, electrical control system, piping system, and other parts.

Principle: generates ozone gas or ozone water to disinfect medical instruments.

Use: disinfection of medical instruments that can tolerate ozone.

Ethylene oxide sterilizer

Components: sterilization chamber, heating system, vacuum system, dosing and vaporization device, residual gas treatment system, monitoring and control system, and other parts.

Principle: under set temperature, pressure, and humidity, ethylene oxide gas acts on items in the sterilization chamber. It denatures microbial proteins and genetic material and kills the microorganisms.

Use: sterilization of medical instruments that can tolerate ethylene oxide.

Hansheng Automation also provides drawing-based machining for sterilizer components such as valve bodies, seal seats, and door lock parts, with single-piece and small-batch capability.
