Stable and flexible conveying
Granular materials are conveyed by belts during the packaging process. The belt system provides good flexibility and transmission efficiency, but attention must be paid to material stability during conveying to minimize loss and maintain consistent feeding. Cost-effective packaging materials
The machine can use low-cost packaging materials such as polypropylene or polyethylene. This allows efficient packaging at a relatively low material cost, improving overall cost performance.
Precautions
Before starting the granular packing machine, inspect the surrounding environment to ensure there are no conditions that could affect normal operation.
Once the machine is running, operators should keep a safe distance. In particular, do not bring the head, fingers, or any other body part close to moving or rotating parts.
During operation, do not insert any object into the sealing blade area, as this may cause equipment damage.
Avoid frequently switching operation modes or repeatedly changing parameter settings while the machine is working.
Do not allow the machine to run continuously at high speed for extended periods. Production should be arranged with reasonable intervals to protect the equipment.
Do not operate two buttons or switches at the same time. Before performing maintenance, servicing, repair, or debugging, always disconnect the power supply. Any modification to the machine should be made only after careful consideration.
