Process
Raw material preparation
The primary task of manufacturing ductile iron castings is preparing the raw material, such as pig iron, scrap steel, carbon additives, as well as key spheroidizing agents and inoculants, etc. The quality ratio of these materials determine the performance of final products directly.
Smelting
Pig iron, scrap steel and recycled materials etc. are put into cupola furnaces or electric furnaces in a certain proportion. spheroidization treatment

Inoculation treatment

Casting and Molding

Follow-up processing
