Large-Scale Machining & Complex Structure Production

 

With maximum machining dimensions of 3800 × 1500 × 1200 mm, our diverse casting techniques enable the fabrication of intricate internal structures.

 

High Precision

 

Ultra-mirror finishing achieves tolerances as tight as ±0.002mm. Precision grinding/turning/milling maintains tolerances within ±0.005mm. Casting tolerances can be controlled to ±0.03mm or better.

 

Materials

 

Grade Material Description
A356/A357 Commonly used cast aluminum alloys, featuring excellent castability, airtightness and corrosion resistance, suitable for manufacturing structural components subjected to high loads.
A380/ADC12 Aluminum alloys for die-casting process, with good fluidity, strength and machinability, suitable for the production of complex thin-walled parts.
AlSi10Mg Good strength, toughness and heat treatment performance.

Our foundry encompasses a wide range of casting processes. Below are examples of casting processes frequently selected by our customers.

 

Casting Process Description & Advantages Best Suited For
 Sand Casting Low mold cost and flexible production cycle, especially suitable for manufacturing single pieces and small-batch products with complex structures or huge sizes. Large machine bases, fuselage frames, supporting structural components, and boxes.
Lost Foam Casting Can produce extremely complex internal cavities and fine external features, with high dimensional accuracy, which can greatly reduce subsequent processing volume. Complex pump bodies and valves, components with internal cooling channels, integrated manifolds.
Gravity Casting Uses the self-gravity of molten metal to fill metal molds. The castings have dense structure, few air holes, excellent mechanical properties, and good surface finish. Key components with high requirements for strength and airtightness, such as gear boxes, cylinder heads, and high-pressure valves.
