With Strict Quality Inspection
The customized castings we produce go through a series of quality inspection operations between shipments.For castings of different sizes, we utilize different inspection equipment, such as micrometers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and CMMs.After ensuring that there are no quality problems, we will spray a layer of anti-rust oil on the castings according to different materials to prevent corrosion on the machined surface due to other factors.



Process And Material Selection
Depending on the quantity of customer's order, we can choose different casting methods, the main casting methods we use are Sand Casting, Lost Foam Casting, Gravity Casting and Investment Casting, among which, we usually choose sand casting and lost foam casting for small production, because these two methods take shorter time to produce.lost foam casting, because these two ways of production time is shorter.If the customer needs casting parts that do not require finishing operations but have to meet a certain casting accuracy and surface finish, we will choose Investment Casting for them.
For material selection, we mainly provide Gray cast iron (HT), ductile iron (QT), carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy and other materials, with tensile strength covering 200-800MPa. However, the specific material selection will be based on customer's drawing requirements.
