Product Series Introduction

 

The PGH series Planetary Reducer under Han Sheng is also known as a precision helical gear reducer. The gear transmission efficiency of this reducer is extremely high. High Precision Helical Gear Reducer (PGH Series) offers high-cost performance, wide application, economical and long service life. It has the features of low backlash, high efficiency, high input speed, high input torque, and low noise during operation. There are 7 models, PGH042/ PGH060 / PGH090 / PGH115 / PGH142 / PGH180 / PGH220.

 

The planetary arm and output shaft are designed as a single unit to ensure maximum torsional rigidity. The planetary wheels adopt full needle roller design to increase the contact area to improve the structural rigidity and output torque. The gears are made of low carbon steel surface carburised and quenched to HRC62 to obtain the best wear resistance and impact toughness. The gears are designed with the aid of imported software in order to obtain the best gear shape and reduce noise. Input and motor shaft connection adopts bilateral clamping method to get the maximum clamping force and zero backlash power transmission.
