On September 24, the 24th China International Industry Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "Industry Fair") kicked off in Shanghai.

As a large-scale and influential manufacturing event in China, new technologies, new products, new solutions and new applications in the robot industry have been polished for a year.

This long-awaited gathering will be entertained with a sparkling feast of science and technology.

As one of the world's leading robot manufacturers, ABB Robotics' booth was full on the first day of the exhibition, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of ABB Robotics' innovation journey, ABB Robotics made a grand debut with a number of new products, including the world premiere of the GoFa™ cobot's breakthrough Ultra Accuracy (ultra-high precision function option), as well as the release of the new generation of robot control platform OmniCore™ and the modular large robot IRB 7710 and IRB7720, with the theme of "It's a Robot, It's Infinite Possibilities", brought a wonderful and innovative experience to the audience.

In addition, all members of ABB Robotics' next-generation robot control platform OmniCore™, the integration of two ABB robots and B&R's ACOPOStrak flexible rail system and many other products and solutions were also on display at the ABB Robotics booth, booth E001 in hall 8.1.

Since the launch of the world's first commercially available all-electric robot, the IRB 6, in 1974, ABB Robotics has been a legendary chapter for half a century, and its journey in the Chinese market has been steadily reaching 30 years.

In the past 30 years, ABB robots have formed a full value chain from R&D, production, sales, system integration to after-sales service in China, and have also created many "firsts" in robot applications in China's manufacturing industry, including: China's first automotive stamping automation line, the first welding automation line and the first spraying automation line, the first mobile phone automatic assembly line, the first white goods automation production line, and the first automated pharmacy landing in China in 2020, etc., insisting on doing a good job in every product. Polishing every detail, listening to the voice of every user, and making a good contribution to promoting the progress of the industry through technological innovation.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the robot industry is ushering in a new era. Standing at a new starting point, ABB Robotics will focus on its core business, continue to innovate and improve, reshape its body with artificial intelligence and digitalization, plan and promote technological innovation with a global vision, and write the next 30 years in the Chinese market.
