- High strength customization: HRC 60-64, designed for heavy-duty conditions such as high-speed slitting and frequent start stop

Through advanced heat treatment technology, while ensuring surface hardness, the hardness of the tooth core is controlled at HRC 30-40, achieving the effect of external hardness and internal toughness. In addition, the precision grinding treatment we provide (precision grinding accuracy: ± 0.005mm, super mirror machining accuracy: ± 0.002mm, tooth surface roughness: Ra 0.4-0.8 μ m) ensures that the size tolerance of the gear meets your requirements.
