At the same time, the equipment manufacturing industry has become the main focus of the "dual carbon" goal. Shi Yong said that the equipment manufacturing industry centered around new energy will become the competitive focus of industrial forces in various countries, and promoting equipment energy conservation, efficiency improvement, and electrification of terminal consumption will become the trend. In the long run, 'green manufacturing' is bound to become a powerful engine driving economic development.
It is not difficult to see that the manufacturing industry cannot achieve high-quality development and cope with future global competition without the "dual transformation" of digitization and low-carbon. So, how can we effectively promote the "dual transformation" of the manufacturing industry? Shi Yong introduced that the digitization of the current manufacturing process urgently needs to be strengthened. In the face of this challenge, it is advisable to focus on technology and equipment, and promote digital transformation based on the essence of manufacturing. Moreover, digital transformation needs to be continuously promoted, especially in the early stages of intelligent manufacturing, which is particularly suitable for orderly promotion in a way that starts with the easy and ends with the difficult, and starts with the simple and ends with the complex, achieving a "small step, fast run" approach. In addition, in today's world where sustainable development has become a global trend, Shi Yong suggests increasing policy support for green transformation, providing strong support for China's "green manufacturing" to sail overseas and compete in the global market.
Today, an increasing number of Chinese manufacturing forces, especially OEM manufacturers providing various equipment and manufacturing tools for strategic industries such as electronic semiconductors, aerospace, new energy, and electric vehicles, are continuously expanding along a smarter, cleaner, and more efficient innovation path.
