It is understood that Xinhao Optoelectronics is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and development, production and sales of glass protective screens, and its products are widely used in smart phones, tablet computers, smart watches and other new generation information terminals. In September 2023, Xinhao Optoelectronics and Enshi High-tech Zone signed an investment agreement for the Enshi production base project of Xinhao Optoelectronics glass protective screen, and planned to build Xinhao Optoelectronics Enshi production base in Enshi High-tech Zone.
"After the project is completed and put into operation, it will become the group's most high-quality production base and the company's first fully automated glass cover production workshop." Li Peilin, the person in charge of the Enshi project of Xinhao Optoelectronics, introduced that the project of Xinhao Optoelectronics Enshi production base mainly produces 3D curved glass covers, covering 6 process production workshops such as CNC, hot bending, polishing, tempering, pad printing, coating inspection and other processes, and has realized automatic loading and unloading of the whole process manipulator, AGV handling, AOI optical detection and elevator docking transmission between floors.

According to reports, Xinhao Optoelectronics Group will invest 800 million yuan for the purchase of equipment for the Enshi production base project. The project will be implemented in three phases, and the annual output value is expected to reach 1.5 billion yuan after all are put into operation, which can drive 1,500 jobs. After the first phase of the project reaches full production in September, it can achieve an annual output value of 500 million yuan and drive 500 jobs.
The total investment of Xinhao Optoelectronics Enshi production base project is about 270 million yuan, with a total construction area of about 100,000 square meters, including plant decoration engineering, water supply engineering, high and low voltage power distribution engineering and sewage treatment supporting facilities.
