Based on the long-term partnership, the two companies will leverage the complementary technologies of Snapdragon Digital Chassis, AndroidAutomotiveOS and Google Cloud to provide a standardized reference platform for developing cockpit solutions with generative AI.

Powered by Google AI, the platform will enable intuitive voice assistants, immersive mapping experiences, and real-time driving predictions through Snapdragon's heterogeneous edge AI system-on-chips (SoCs) and Qualcomm AIHub.

The core content of this cooperation is attached to the IT House:

Digital cockpit development framework based on generative AI:

An upgradable, automotive-grade framework that delivers a leading-edge digital cockpit experience with real-time optimized upgrades.

Integrates with the Android Automotive Operating System (AAOS) and leverages Google's generative AI and Snapdragon SoCs' end-to-device optimization technologies to provide a flexible voice user interface and real-time driver updates.

Unified Vehicle-Cloud Development Framework:

Based on the core technologies of both parties, the unified vehicle-cloud development framework supports vehicle-to-cloud infrastructure connectivity.

The framework enables Google Cloud-hosted automotive software to be optimized for the Snapdragon platform, improving development efficiency and accelerating time to market for AAOS platforms and services.

The Snapdragon Connectivity Service Platform running on Google Cloud provides an API-based service connectivity model that supports upgrades to in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle connectivity services.
