August 17, 2026 - Hansheng Automation welcomed three customers from Brazil for an on-site visit to our manufacturing facility. During the visit, the customers toured our machining workshop, learned about our production processes and quality control procedures, and had face-to-face discussions with our team regarding custom machining requirements and potential cooperation.

Brazilian Customers Visit Hansheng Automation for an On-Site Tour of Our Precision Machining Facility

A First-Hand Look at Our Machining Capabilities

As a manufacturer serving industrial automation and machinery applications, Hansheng Automation places strong emphasis on manufacturing capability and production quality.

During the factory tour, the Brazilian customers visited our machining workshop and gained a first-hand understanding of how precision mechanical components are manufactured. Our team introduced the production workflow, machining equipment, inspection procedures, and quality control practices used throughout the manufacturing process.

The visit also provided an opportunity for the customers to see our machining operations directly rather than relying solely on technical documentation or product information. This allowed them to better understand our approach to dimensional accuracy, process control, and finished-part quality.

From Engineering Drawings to Finished Components

A key topic during the visit was our custom machining service.

For many industrial equipment manufacturers, mechanical components are developed according to application-specific engineering drawings rather than purchased as standard products. Hansheng Automation supports this type of requirement by evaluating customer drawings and providing corresponding machining solutions.

Depending on the component and application, our machining capabilities cover processes such as CNC turning, CNC milling, precision machining, and grinding. Our engineering and production teams work with customer drawings and technical requirements to determine suitable manufacturing processes and inspection methods.

For the Brazilian customers, the factory visit offered a closer look at how these requirements can be translated from engineering drawings into finished precision components.

Technical Exchange and Future Cooperation

Beyond the factory tour, the visit also created an opportunity for both sides to exchange ideas regarding machining requirements, component applications, and manufacturing considerations.

Face-to-face communication is particularly valuable for customized mechanical components, where details such as material, dimensional tolerances, surface finish, geometric accuracy, and inspection requirements can have a direct impact on the final application.

By visiting our facility in person, the customers were able to gain a more complete understanding of Hansheng Automation's manufacturing capabilities and production approach.

We appreciate the visit from our Brazilian customers and the opportunity to communicate directly with professionals from the international machinery industry. We look forward to building on this exchange and exploring further opportunities for cooperation in precision machined components and industrial automation applications.
