At 22:18 on June 7th, the newly built # 1 unit of the 2 × 660000 kilowatt ultra supercritical flue gas water extraction project of the Baiyinhua Kengkou Power Plant of Inner Mongolia Company of State Power Investment Corporation, jointly built by Qingxin Environment, successfully passed 168 hours of full load trial operation, marking significant progress in this key supply guarantee project supervised by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration.
This project utilizes advanced technologies such as flue gas water extraction to consume over 4 million tons of low-quality lignite annually, with a flue gas water extraction capacity of approximately 1.63 million tons. It truly achieves zero water replenishment, low energy consumption, and ultra-low emissions for the entire plant, and the clean and efficient utilization of lignite. It has been awarded the "Five Star Typical Case of Electric Power Construction Smart Engineering in 2023" by the China Electric Power Construction Enterprise Association. As the EP general contractor of the flue gas water extraction system for this project, Fresh Environment provides a solid guarantee for the green, energy-saving, low-carbon, and efficient operation of the unit.

The conservation and efficient utilization of water resources is the key to the economic and social development of arid and water deficient regions. The project is located in the Ximeng region of Inner Mongolia, where the natural conditions are harsh. Not only is it cold and lacking in water, but the moisture content of brown coal is also high. In the face of such challenges, the project adopts a mixed flue gas water lifting device installed at the top of the absorption tower, combined with the "water lifting+water saving" method of mechanical ventilation indirect cooling tower, to achieve zero water replenishment for the entire plant production.
It is estimated that the annual water extraction of the entire factory is about 1.63 million tons, saving operating costs of 12 million yuan. At the same time, it can also provide about 500000 tons of production water to surrounding enterprises, effectively alleviating the problem of local water resource shortage.

Since the unit entered full load trial operation on May 31, the Fresh Environment has demonstrated excellent industry cooperation spirit in the Baiyinhua Kengkou Power Plant flue gas water lifting project, closely linked with various participating units, jointly adhered to the safety bottom line, strictly controlled the engineering quality, and ensured the one-time success of the 168 hour trial operation of the unit. During the entire trial operation process, each system operated stably, and the technical indicators met the predetermined standards, achieving the goal of zero replenishment in the entire production process of the factory.
Not only did it submit a satisfactory answer sheet to the owner and general contractor, but it also demonstrated the breakthrough and innovation of the fresh environment in green, low-carbon, efficient energy saving and emission reduction technologies.
