Hansheng Automation has recently completed the shipment of a batch of PGHR115 planetary gearboxes to a customer in Si Racha, Chon Buri, Thailand.
The shipment includes 10:1 reduction ratio planetary gearboxes with P1 precision, configured for the customer's motion transmission requirements. The PGHR115 series combines a compact planetary transmission structure with high positioning accuracy, making it suitable for automated equipment and other applications where stable torque transmission and controlled motion are required.
For this project, the gearboxes were manufactured and inspected according to the specified configuration, including the 10:1 gear ratio and P1 precision class, before being prepared for delivery. These parameters allow the customer to match the gearbox more effectively with the speed, torque, and positioning requirements of the intended equipment.
The shipment to Si Racha further reflects the use of precision transmission components in Thailand's industrial automation and manufacturing sector.
