Hansheng Automation has recently completed the shipment of a batch of 80DF cam indexers to a customer in West Java, Indonesia. The units will be integrated into the customer's potting machine, supporting the indexing and positioning requirements of the automated process.
The 80DF cam indexer is designed for applications that require precise intermittent motion and repeatable positioning. In a potting machine, the indexing mechanism helps coordinate the movement of workpieces between different processing positions, allowing operations such as feeding, dispensing, curing, and transfer to be carried out in a controlled sequence.
For this project, the 80DF units were prepared according to the customer's equipment requirements and inspected before shipment. Their application in automated potting equipment demonstrates the role of cam indexing mechanisms in improving motion coordination and maintaining consistent positioning during repeated production cycles.
Hansheng Automation supplies cam indexers and other precision motion components for a range of industrial automation equipment, with different models available for specific indexing and positioning requirements.
