In recent years, Nanjing has gathered nearly 100 robot R&D and production enterprises around the whole industrial chain of robot machines, key components, system integration applications, etc., forming key industrial agglomeration areas such as Jiangning Development Zone, Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing Economic Development Zone, Yuhuatai District, Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park, and Lishui District. In order to seize the opportunity of industrial development, further promote the agglomeration and development of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, the efficient mining of application scenarios and the collaborative innovation of production, education, research and application, and promote the high-quality development of the city's robot industry, Nanjing has researched and formulated the "Action Plan" to carry out overall planning and systematic layout for the next development of Nanjing's robot industry.
The reporter noted that the "Action Plan" put forward the overall goal of the development of Nanjing's robot industry: by 2026, the overall development level of Nanjing's robot industry will be in the forefront of the country; Autonomous industrial robots continue to maintain a leading edge in the industry; The agglomeration of market players has accelerated, and the competitiveness of the industry has been further enhanced; The innovative demonstration application of "Robot +" has achieved remarkable results and has become a domestic benchmark. Focusing on this main goal, Nanjing focuses on the major strategic needs of the country and the needs of the city's industrial development, and proposes to focus on building a "1+N+1" machine system, that is, to build a leading edge in industrial robots, comprehensively improve a number of characteristic robot industries, and forward-looking layout of the humanoid robot industry.
At the press conference, Gao Qianjun, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, introduced that the implementation of the Action Plan will be promoted through six key tasks. Consolidate the foundation of key components, optimize the comprehensive performance of the control system, improve the autonomy level of the servo system, and break through the weak links of the reducer; Improve system integration capabilities and platform support, and promote the autonomy and controllability of the operating system; Implement the "robot +" demonstration application to promote the larger-scale application of industrial robots; Create an industrial layout of "one core and multiple wings", and "one core" is to build Jiangning Development Zone as the core agglomeration area of industrial robots. "Multi-wing" refers to Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yuhuatai District, Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park, Lishui District, etc., to build unique robot industry clusters around their own industrial foundations; Expand market entities by classification and classification, consolidate the advantages of leading enterprises, strengthen specialized and special new enterprises, and cultivate high-growth enterprise clusters; Strengthen project attraction and services, strengthen investment promotion of the whole industry chain, and do a good job in strengthening major project services.
Gao Qianjun said that Nanjing will also introduce corresponding safeguard measures to actively promote the implementation of the Action Plan from improving mechanism guarantees, strengthening policy support, creating an industrial ecology, and strengthening talent introduction.
