The surface condition of machined components serves as the first line of defense against contamination. Conventional aluminum alloy surfaces (machined to a typical turning/milling accuracy of approximately ±0.01mm) often contain microscopic scratches or pores that are invisible to the naked eye. These imperfections can easily trap food debris and promote bacterial growth.

Hansheng has introduced state-of-the-art machining equipment, including the Brother CNC Lathe TC-S2A and Taesin CNC Milling Machine TXC-T6. For critical areas that come into direct contact with food or are susceptible to contamination, we perform ultra-mirror finishing on top of precision turning/milling/grinding (achieving ±0.005mm), further tightening accuracy to ±0.002mm.

This rigorous surface treatment significantly reduces the surface friction coefficient, ensuring that your equipment can pass the strictest FDA sanitary audits with ease, while also substantially shortening the downtime required for routine cleaning.

 

Full-Size Aluminum Casting and Machining Capabilities

High-speed food packaging lines-such as rotary fillers or dynamic sealing machines-require equipment that operates around the clock while maintaining extremely low vibration levels. This depends on the absolute rigidity of large aluminum frames and bases.

Hansheng possesses a complete casting process chain, supporting sand casting, lost foam casting, and gravity casting. We primarily provide custom castings for our customers.

Extra-Large Format Fabrication: We are capable of casting and machining large structural components up to 3800mm × 1500mm × 1200mm.

High Rigidity and Precision: Equipped with large horizontal and vertical machining centers (with a maximum travel of 2100mm × 1060mm), we consistently maintain specified tolerances at ±0.03mm-significantly tighter than the typical ±1mm general tolerance range.
