On August 20, 2026, Hansheng Automation had the distinct pleasure of welcoming a delegation from its long-term client in India. While the two companies have maintained a close and fruitful partnership for many years, this marked the client's very first on-site visit and technical exchange at our cam indexer manufacturing base.

 

Over the past years, both parties have built a solid foundation of trust and collaboration across numerous automation projects. This in-person visit marks an important milestone, expanding our cooperation from remote coordination to direct, strategic engagement.

 

General Manager Accompanies Full Tour, Detailing the Precision Manufacturing Process

Our General Manager, Karim, personally accompanied the client delegation throughout the entire visit, delivering a comprehensive explanation of our manufacturing processes and strict quality control standards.

 

The tour covered our CNC precision machining workshop, dedicated heat treatment and grinding lines, precision assembly center, and finished product testing laboratory. Karim highlighted our latest technical advancements in precision cam curve grinding, material heat-treatment hardness control, and long-term accuracy retention under high-load conditions. He also conducted a live demonstration of our pre-shipment dynamic load testing and precision calibration procedures.
