At the Intelligent Equipment Pavilion of the 2025 Industrial Expo, Fourier Robotics captured the spotlight with its "space capsule"-themed booth - The 165cm-tall, 71kg GR-3C "astronaut" made its public walking debut. Its reinforced aluminum alloy and engineering plastic shell glowed silver under the lights, while the circular head's LED ring screen simulated "breathing lights," resembling a space traveler fresh from a sci-fi film. As the flagship of third-generation humanoid robots, the GR-3C forms a dual-flagship matrix with the interactive service-focused GR-3 "Cat-Head" (Care-bot), representing "Industrial + Service" applications. This marks Fourier Robotics' leap from scenario adaptation to ecosystem construction.

Equipped with up to 55 high-precision degrees of freedom across its body, the GR-3C demonstrates complex tasks like handling precision components in the 3C electronics industry and operating knobs during power inspections, thanks to its proprietary integrated actuators and seven-degree-of-freedom dexterous hand. Its head integrates a 4-microphone array and structured light RGB module, enabling 360° sound source localization and facial recognition. The newly added LED ring display can show real-time emojis and operational guidance. In simulated factory scenarios, the robot flashed an "OK" symbol on the ring display to achieve non-verbal collaboration with workers.

"The GR-3C isn't a cold machine-it's a partner that extends human capabilities." Gu Jie, CEO of Fourier Robotics, revealed at the launch event that the GR-3 series has secured tens of millions of yuan in orders from 12 leading enterprises, with the industrial version of GR-3C accounting for 65% of pre-orders. As Shanghai advances its Embodied Intelligence Industry Plan, this "space explorer" is bridging the final mile from lab to production line with its 55-degree-of-freedom agile frame.
