On September 23, 2025, Bekannt Robotics officially launched its third-generation "DT" series of parallel robots, including the DT PRO light-load model (load capacity 0-6kg) and the DT PRO+ heavy-load model (load capacity 6kg+). This release represents not only a product upgrade but also redefines the core standards of parallel robots: "high speed, high precision, and high reliability" through disruptive innovation, injecting new impetus into improving production efficiency across multiple industries.

DT PRO and DT PRO+

Traditional parallel robot static platforms rely on multiple parts assembled and bolted together, resulting in weak rigidity, vibration, and low precision. Bekannt has achieved breakthroughs in structural design, drawing on aerospace materials and topology optimization techniques to cast the static platform in a single process, creating a seamless, integrated architecture. This achieves high-speed operation without vibration, long-term drift, and deformation under heavy loads. Furthermore, the ball head features a hollow design to prevent dust from falling, and key sealing features provide the robot with dust and water resistance, making it suitable for the cleanroom production needs of food and pharmaceutical industries and capable of stable operation in extreme environments.

The "DT" series also achieves four core performance breakthroughs: First, ultra-fast response, with static stiffness increased by over 20% and a standard pick-and-place cycle of less than 0.25 seconds, easily handling high-frequency operations exceeding 300 times per minute. Second, precise control, with repeatable positioning accuracy reaching ±0.05mm and precision stability improved by 50%, enabling accurate positioning without complex visual compensation. Third, extreme reliability, with a mean time between failures (MTBF) of 80,000 hours and a maintenance-free period of up to three years, supporting 24/7 continuous, high-intensity operation. Fourth, intelligent integration, with an integrated zero adjustment module and a built-in IoT data interface, allows for compatibility with intelligent modules such as vision picking and digital twins, enabling seamless integration into smart factory systems.

In terms of industry empowerment, the "DT" series' lightweight design and low-inertia motors reduce energy consumption per unit of production capacity by over 30%. Its modular design reduces maintenance and spare parts costs, helping customers achieve a 6-12 month return on investment. Bekannt said that through this disruptive productivity solution, it will help customers build efficiency barriers and drive the industry towards higher efficiency and better precision.
