According to reports, Fenghe Software Company will strengthen cooperation with Chinese chip suppliers and vehicle manufacturers through this project, jointly develop solutions suitable for the Chinese market "Chinese chips", promote the localization of chip strategies, and achieve sustained and healthy development of the Chinese automotive industry chain.
According to data, Fenghe Software Company was established in 1981 as a provider of intelligent interconnection system software, with branches in 20 countries. In December 2022, Anbofu completed a 100% stake acquisition of Fenghe Software Company for approximately 25.2 billion yuan, making Fenghe Software Company a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anbofu. In 2023, Fenghe Software Company's total revenue was approximately 1 billion yuan.
At present, Anbofu has established Anbofu Central Electric (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Anbofu Electrical Systems Co., Ltd. in Anting. Anbofu Fenghe Software Company will serve as Anbofu's software center, promoting Anbofu's development in the automotive software industry.
The report also stated that the gathering of Anbofu Manufacturing Center and Software Center at Anting will help enterprises better adapt to and seize opportunities in the Chinese market, and improve performance in the Chinese market. According to Anbofu's forecast, based on Anbofu's current 30% business share in the Asia Pacific (mainly China) market, it is expected that the total market value of Anbofu's Chinese automotive software market will reach 12.9 billion yuan by 2030, and the automotive software industry where Anbofu Fenghe Software Company is located is expected to experience explosive growth.
