A pure steam generator uses industrial steam or hot water to heat raw water to its evaporation temperature, thereby producing pure steam. During operation, a feed water pump delivers raw water into the tube side of the purification column and heat exchanger, while industrial steam or hot water is introduced into the shell side for heating. The raw water forms a strong thermal circulation inside the two columns, causing steam to be generated in the evaporator, or purification column. To remove any impure water droplets that may be entrained, the steam velocity and column height are adjusted to improve vapor-liquid separation.

 

The pressure of pure steam is kept stable by a pneumatic regulator that controls the opening of the industrial steam inlet valve, maintaining the pressure within a user-set range, typically 0–3 bar. For applications with different evaporation capacities or connection sizes, Hansheng Automation can customize heat exchange tube bundles, connecting flanges, and internal components of the purification column according to customer-provided drawings, ensuring precise compatibility with existing systems.

 

This type of equipment is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries that require high-temperature, high-pressure steam. During use, regular cleaning and inspection help prevent performance degradation and failures caused by impurity accumulation. Sealing performance and component wear should also be checked periodically, and worn parts replaced in a timely manner.
