An electric heating steam generator heats water through electric heating tubes. When the water reaches its boiling point, it absorbs a large amount of heat and evaporates into steam. The steam and water are separated inside the steam drum. After separation, the steam is further superheated and precisely controlled to the required service temperature by a temperature regulator. A safety valve can discharge part of the steam periodically or when pressure becomes too high, ensuring safe system operation. The generator also automatically monitors water level and temperature, enabling accurate control and stable output of steam parameters.

For the electric heating tube flanges, steam drum connections, internal guide baffles, and safety valve adapters used in such systems, Hansheng Automation can provide precision machining based on customer-provided drawings. We support single-piece and small-batch production to help users maintain stable separation performance and safe pressure control.

Electric heating steam generators produce clean steam, are exempt from routine boiler inspection in many cases, and offer adjustable temperature, pressure, and evaporation capacity. The equipment is made from high-temperature-resistant stainless steel, which resists deformation and oxidation even under continuous heating. It also features a small footprint, high thermal efficiency, energy savings, low installation and operating costs, and convenient maintenance.

During component replacement or system modification, non-standard heating tube assemblies, steam drum internals, and connection fittings are often required. We can machine these parts according to customer specifications, helping users maintain the original equipment structure while improving compatibility and service life.
