1. Carton Feeding and 3D Forming Mechanism
Pre-cut, flat cardboard blanks are stacked in the carton magazine. Upon startup, vacuum suction cups-controlled by high-frequency pneumatic circuits-precisely grip and pull down blanks one by one, transferring them to the forming station via rotary or oscillating mechanisms. During this phase, carton-erecting blades, folding rails, and tuck-in tooling work in synchrony to unfold and shape the flat blank into a rigid three-dimensional carton.

2. Material Conveying and Precision Sorting Module
Products to be packaged (such as pharmaceutical blister packs, bottles, tubes, ointment jars, and leaflets) are fed onto the main packaging track via conveyor belts, indexing dials, or vibratory bowls. Through dividing star wheels, indexing screws, and positioning guides, the sorting assembly aligns spacing and corrects product orientation, keeping incoming items in precise synchronization with the carton transport line.
3. Servo Pushing and Precision Loading Station
Once the erected carton and the aligned product reach precise alignment at the insertion station, a servo pusher rod or mechanical gripper pushes the product smoothly into the carton along a pre-programmed speed and force curve. This operation demands strict tolerances on the pusher's concentricity, straightness, and surface finish.
Addressing insertion precision requirements, we provide high-precision CNC milling and cylindrical/surface grinding services for pusher rods, profiled infeed chutes, and linkage slider assemblies based on customer prints. We tightly maintain pusher straightness tolerances within ≤0.02 mm and achieve surface roughness down to Ra 0.4 μm, preventing carton scuffing or material jamming caused by mechanical misalignment.
4. Carton Sealing and Flap Tucking System
After product loading, the carton travels along the transport chain into the sealing section. Continuously positioned folding plows, pneumatic tucking blocks, and mechanical fingers sequentially fold the side flaps, bend the main panel, apply hot/cold melt adhesive, or insert the tucking tongue to complete the closure.

5. In-Line Inspection and Automatic Rejection Device
Once sealed, integrated machine vision systems or photoelectric sensors inspect carton fullness, barcode/lot number clarity, leaflet/product presence, and seal integrity. When a defective item is identified, a pneumatic pusher or diverter flap reacts instantly to eject the unqualified package into a rejection bin.
