Plastic extruders can be classified by screw count, structure, assembly type, space position, and venting function. Different types suit different materials, output levels, and process requirements. We can machine screws, barrels, heads, mandrels, and die sleeves from customer drawings.
By screw count
Single-screw extruder: suitable for general material processing and widely used.
Twin-screw extruder: offers uniform shear and higher conveying capacity. It suits powder materials and plastics with poor thermal stability.
Multi-screw extruder: for example, Guanghua plastic extruders, developed for specific materials.
By structure
Screw extruder:
Standard type: speed below 100 rpm.
High-speed type: speed from 100 to 300 rpm.
Ultra-high-speed type: speed from 300 to 1500 rpm.
Plunger extruder: does not rely on a screw for material conveying.
By assembly structure
Integral extruder: compact structure and strong overall rigidity.
Split extruder: easy to maintain and replace parts.
By space position
Horizontal extruder: horizontal layout, easy to operate and observe.
Vertical extruder: vertical layout, suitable for specific space and process needs.
By venting function
Vented extruder: can remove gas from the material during processing.
Non-vented extruder: does not have a venting function.
These extruder types have different application scenarios. When selecting, match the machine to material properties, output requirements, venting needs, and workshop space.
Beyond plastic extruders, our precision custom machining capability is not limited to one industry. Hansheng Automation can machine yacht precision components, RC car precision components, tobacco packaging machinery parts, and filling machinery parts from customer drawings. We also machine non-standard metal parts for printing machinery, food machinery, and medical devices. We focus on build-to-print custom machining and produce single pieces or small batches according to customer drawings. We do not sell complete machines.
