When the bag does not open on a servo bagging machine, the cause is usually related to the suction cups, program or vacuum valve, air tube, or bag material. Check these items one by one. If non-standard parts such as suction cup mounting bases, air line fittings, or vacuum valve mounting plates are worn or need to be modified for the site, we can custom machine them according to customer drawings. Suction cup problems
Worn suction cups, insufficient suction force, or dust and dirt on the surface can cause bag pickup failure. Maintenance personnel can replace the suction cups, adjust the suction force, and clean the suction cups and bag surface.
Program or vacuum valve problems
If the bag-type vacuum solenoid valve has no signal output, the program may be faulty. If the vacuum valve has no positive air pressure, or the solenoid valve is damaged, bag opening can also be affected. Contact the manufacturer to service the program, or disassemble, service, or replace the vacuum solenoid valve.
Air tube problems
A blocked air tube can affect bag opening. Maintenance personnel can clear foreign matter inside the air tube to ensure the air path is unobstructed.
Bag material problems
High friction resistance, static adsorption, or failure of the slip agent in the bag material can make opening difficult. Examples include high aging temperature, adhesive penetration, and poor film slip. Add antistatic agents and slip agents to the PE film, or replace the bag material with a better quality product that opens more easily.
