The daily operation of a cartoning machine can be summarized into four stages: startup preparation, operation adjustment, safe shutdown, and cleaning and maintenance. Standardized execution can significantly reduce the failure rate and ensure packaging consistency.
Upon startup, after confirming that all moving mechanisms are in their initial positions, press the start button, and the equipment enters standby mode. Then, precisely set the cartoning speed according to production requirements. The system will automatically complete the continuous actions of picking up boxes, opening boxes, filling, folding flaps, and sealing. The speed adjustment stage requires high precision in matching the push rod stroke, the synchronization of the lever, and the capping pressure. If wear occurs in related transmission or positioning components, non-standard parts can be precision machined according to customer design drawings to quickly restore the original machine accuracy.
After production, press the stop button and wait for the mechanism to come to a complete stop before disconnecting the power. Finally, thoroughly clean the remaining box blanks from the material rack and the material on the conveyor belt to prevent foreign objects from obstructing the next startup.
Strictly following the above procedures and regularly checking the condition of key moving parts can effectively extend the service life of the equipment and maintain a stable production rhythm and packaging quality.
