A wrapping machine mainly uses film to wrap the outer surface of goods. During operation, the object to be wrapped is placed in the center of the turntable. After startup, the motor drives the turntable, and the film wraps around the object. While the turntable motor turns, the lift motor also starts. It moves the film carriage up and down to wrap the object along its height. In this way, the outer surface is fully covered. This helps with storage, transport, and mechanized loading and unloading. It reduces damage during handling, protects against dust and moisture, keeps goods clean, lowers production cost, and improves efficiency. In wrapping, film tension and film threading are the key points. Adjusting the turntable speed and the motor speed controls film tension. If the turntable speed is higher than the motor speed, the film becomes tighter. If it is lower, the film becomes looser. Once this relationship is clear, operation is not difficult.

A case packer is equipment that semi-automatically or automatically loads unpacked products or small packaged products into transport packaging. It loads products into cases, such as corrugated cartons, plastic crates, or pallets, in a set arrangement and quantity. It then closes or seals the case opening. According to case packer requirements, it should have carton forming or carton opening, counting, and case packing functions. Some models also include sealing or strapping functions.

The difference is this: a wrapping machine handles goods that are already packed or palletized and wraps the outer surface with film, focusing on fixing and protection. A case packer handles products going into cases, focusing on arrangement, counting, and case forming. They sit at different points in a packaging line. One is closer to the later protection stage, and the other is closer to the middle packing stage. If turntables, film carriages, guide rollers for wrapping machines, or pushers, guide rails, and fixtures for case packers need machining to drawing, we can handle single pieces or small batches from customer drawings. Hansheng Automation supports materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with tolerances and surface treatment controlled by the drawing. We focus on precision machined parts, not complete machines.

Beyond wrapping machine and case packer parts, our drawing-based custom machining also covers medical devices, filling machinery, tobacco packaging machinery, printing equipment, food processing lines, yacht hardware, and RC car structural parts. We machine single pieces and small batches to drawing for equipment builders and production lines.
