The SN CJ1000 ultrafine pulverizer is a horizontal-axis impact pulverizer designed to integrate ultrafine grinding and fine particle classification into one continuous process. Its main structure and operating principle can be summarized as follows.
1. Main Structural Components
Grinding Disc and Toothed Ring:
The grinding system consists primarily of a specially designed rotating disc and a stationary toothed ring. During operation, the disc rotates at high speed to generate the mechanical forces required for pulverization.
Controlled Feeding System:
The feeding system delivers materials into the grinding chamber at a controlled and consistent rate, helping maintain stable processing conditions.
Classification Zone:
After grinding, the material enters the classification area, where particles are separated according to their size.
Cyclone and Dust Collector:
The cyclone and dust collection system collect qualified fine particles after classification, while also helping maintain a cleaner processing environment.
2. Working Principle
Grinding Process
The controlled feeding system continuously introduces material into the grinding chamber. The high-speed rotating disc drives the material through the space between the rotating disc and stationary toothed ring.
During this process, the particles are subjected to repeated impact, collision, compression, and shearing forces, causing them to gradually break down into finer particles.
Classification Process
After grinding, the airflow carries the processed material into the classification zone. Particles that meet the required fineness are separated and transported to the cyclone and dust collector for collection.
Coarser particles that do not meet the required particle size are redirected to the grinding chamber for further processing. This circulation between grinding and classification helps improve grinding efficiency and maintain a more consistent particle size distribution.
