A meat frying line combines temperature control, conveying, residue removal, and optional vacuum frying into one system. Each section affects oil quality, product color, and energy use. Hansheng Automation can machine replacement parts for this equipment, including conveyor components, lifting mechanism parts, and custom fixtures, to customer drawings.

Oil Temperature Control System

Stable Frying Conditions

The oil temperature control system maintains the set oil temperature during frying. Consistent temperature keeps product color, texture, and cook time stable from batch to batch. It also prevents oil from overheating, which would shorten oil life and affect flavor. The control loop usually includes a temperature sensor, a controller, and a heating or cooling adjustment unit.

Automatic Lifting System

Cover and Mesh Belt Lift

The cover and the mesh belt can both lift automatically. This makes manual cleaning and maintenance easier. Access to the fryer interior improves when the cover and belt are raised, so cleaning can be done without dismantling the line.

Mesh Belt and Speed Control

The frying line mesh belt is made of stainless steel. A variable frequency drive provides stepless speed control, so frying time can be adjusted. Changing belt speed changes how long product stays in the oil, which directly affects moisture loss, color, and texture.

Automatic Slag Discharge System

Continuous Residue Removal

The automatic slag discharge system removes residue produced during frying. It works continuously to keep the oil clean. Clean oil transfers heat more evenly and lasts longer. Removing crumbs and fines also reduces the risk of off-flavors and buildup on heating surfaces.

High Thermal Conductivity Device

Better Heat Transfer and Energy Use

A high thermal conductivity device improves heat transfer efficiency. Better heat transfer raises energy utilization and lowers energy consumption. This section works with the temperature control system to hold the oil at the target temperature without excessive heating.

Vacuum Frying Module

Optional Configuration

Some models include a vacuum frying module. A vacuum environment lowers the frying temperature and reduces oxygen concentration. Lower oxygen helps prevent browning and preserves the original color of heat-sensitive ingredients such as kiwi. The closed vacuum environment also concentrates flavor components. It reduces oil oxidation, polymerization, thermal decomposition, and hydrolysis, which slows oil degradation.

Where Vacuum Frying Fits

Vacuum frying suits products that need color retention or gentle processing. It also helps when oil quality must be maintained over a longer production run. The module is optional, so the line can be configured for standard frying or vacuum frying depending on the product.

Maintenance and Replacement Parts

Regular maintenance should cover temperature sensors, belt tension, lifting mechanisms, slag discharge components, and heating surfaces. Worn belts affect frying time and product position. Dirty heating surfaces reduce heat transfer and raise energy use. When replacement parts are needed, Hansheng Automation can machine non-standard components to drawing.

Our precision custom machining capability is not limited to meat frying line equipment. Hansheng Automation also produces parts for filling machinery, food processing equipment, and tobacco packaging machinery, along with precision components for yachts and RC cars. From single parts to small batch runs, we machine to customer drawings and deliver parts for assembly.
