Hansheng Automation produces custom and replacement parts for this equipment, working from customer drawings for one-off and small-batch orders. A fully automatic brick production line has four main sections: raw material preparation, forming, product conveying and curing, and control and safety.
Raw material preparation
Batching and weighing
A high-accuracy electronic batching scale measures sand, gravel, cement, fly ash, and other materials by process ratio. A self-aligning belt feeder connects the material bin to the mixer.
Raw material processing
A jaw crusher or cone crusher breaks lump material. A vertical shaft impact fine crusher reduces it to the required particle size. A twin-shaft forced mixer adds water and blends the material.
Forming
Core machine: automatic hydraulic brick machine. It includes the hydraulic system, mold frame, and pressure head assembly.
Molds: replaceable brick molds for standard bricks, hollow bricks, permeable bricks, and other brick types.
Pressure stability: a high-pressure accumulator holds forming pressure steady.
Product conveying and curing
Conveying
An automatic palletizing robot or palletizer places green bricks on curing racks in order. Chain conveyors or roller conveyor lines connect the brick machine, palletizer, and curing stations.
Curing
A curing chamber or steam curing pool needs a steam generator for autoclaved bricks and non-fired bricks. Curing racks and transfer carts carry green bricks in and out of the curing stations.
Control and safety
Electrical control: a PLC control cabinet with a touchscreen HMI runs the full line automatically.
Safety: emergency stop buttons and perimeter guard rails.
Process monitoring: an online raw material moisture meter adjusts the batch ratio in real time to support forming quality.
For wear parts, molds, shafts, and fixtures used in these systems, we work from customer drawings and handle one-off and small-batch runs.
