How to replace the damaged bearing of the cam caliper? The rotation of the cam divider depends on the steering cam driven by the internal needle roller bearing. If the bearing is damaged, the entire cam caliper will be broken. It is generally not recommended to replace internal components. You can contact the manufacturer for repair.
Replace the cam caliper bearing according to the following steps:
1. Remove the cam caliper from the installed machine;
2. There are mounting screw holes on the side of the divider, which can be used to remove the input shaft. After removing the input shaft, the internal mechanism can be seen
3. The needle roller bearing is installed on the output shaft, that is, the bearing in the vertical and horizontal plane;
After removing the output shaft, the needle roller bearing can be replaced;
5. When installing it back, be sure not to have any foreign objects inside the caliper:
6. After installation, manually rotate the input shaft and try to rotate it for any abnormalities,
After checking for any abnormalities, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.
