Beverage machinery usually has four parts: front-end processing system, filling and sealing system, post-processing system, and auxiliary support system.

Front-end processing system

It handles raw material purification, blending, and pretreatment so materials meet food hygiene standards.

(1) Water treatment unit

Basic purification: quartz sand filtration and activated carbon filtration remove suspended solids and residual chlorine. A softening unit reduces raw water hardness.

Advanced purification: reverse osmosis (RO) and electrodeionization (EDI) equipment produce food-grade pure water.

(2) Raw material blending unit

Syrup blending tank: used to prepare syrup mother liquor for carbonated drinks and flavored drinks.

Emulsifying and homogenizing device: homogenizes and emulsifies milk-containing drinks and mixed fruit and vegetable juices to improve stability and mouthfeel.

Deaeration device: removes dissolved oxygen from the beverage liquid to prevent oxidation and spoilage.

(3) Sterilization pretreatment unit

Plate pasteurizer: used for low-temperature sterilization of low-viscosity beverages.

Tubular ultra-high temperature (UHT) sterilization equipment: for high-viscosity or long-shelf-life products, using a sterilization process at 135 to 140°C for 2 to 4 seconds.

Filling and sealing system

This is the core step in beverage production. It completes liquid filling and package sealing. It has two main parts: the filling machine and the sealing equipment.

(1) Filling machine
By filling process, there are four types:

Atmospheric filling machine: for non-carbonated products such as bottled drinking water and pure juice.

Pressure filling machine: works with a carbonation unit for pressure filling of carbonated drinks.

Hot filling machine: filling temperature is 85 to 92°C. It uses the product's own heat to sterilize inside the package. Used for tea drinks and functional drinks.

Aseptic filling machine: works with UHT sterilization and an aseptic packaging environment. Used for long-shelf-life products such as Tetra Pak pouches and aseptic PET bottles.

(2) Sealing equipment

Capping machine: for threaded plastic bottle caps.

Press capping machine: for metal caps on glass bottles.

Can seaming machine: for seaming and sealing easy-open cans.

If filling valves, sealing dies, star wheels, or conveyor brackets need machining to drawing, we can handle single pieces or small batches from customer drawings. Hansheng Automation supports materials such as 304/316 stainless steel, with tolerances and surface treatment controlled by the drawing. We focus on precision machined parts, not complete machines.

Post-processing system

It handles finished packages and prepares them for storage.

(1) Sterilization and cooling unit

Spray cooling tunnel: quickly cools hot-filled beverages to room temperature to prevent flavor loss.

Pasteurizer: performs secondary low-temperature sterilization on bottled finished products to extend shelf life.

Carbonation unit: precisely mixes carbon dioxide into carbonated drinks and controls gas content.

(2) Post-packaging unit

Labeling machine: applies product information labels.

Heat shrink film packaging machine: packs multiple bottles into a sales unit.

Palletizing robot: stacks finished cases onto pallets for storage and transport.

(3) Workshop conveyor system
Uses chain plate, roller, or belt conveyors to connect process equipment and automate material flow.

Auxiliary support system

It keeps the production line stable and supports food hygiene and safety.

(1) CIP clean-in-place system: cleans and disinfects pipes, tanks, and filling machines online without disassembly.
(2) Clean air supply system: includes air compressors, precision filters, and dryers. It provides food-grade compressed air for pneumatic drives.
(3) Steam supply system: provides a stable heat source for sterilization and heating.
(4) Electrical automation control system: uses a PLC plus touchscreen architecture for line speed control, parameter monitoring, and fault alarms.
(5) Ventilation and dust removal system: maintains workshop air cleanliness and removes residual heat and odors.

Beyond beverage machinery parts, our drawing-based custom machining also covers dairy packaging equipment, pharmaceutical aseptic filling lines, personal care filling machinery, tobacco packaging machinery, yacht precision parts, and RC car structural parts. We machine single pieces and small batches to drawing for equipment builders and production lines. We focus on precision machined parts, not complete machines.
