Tunnel furnace features include energy efficiency, environmental performance, stable operation, and wide application.
Energy efficiency: The furnace uses a multi-combustion-chamber structure and multi-circuit combustion. This raises heat utilization and lowers production cost.
Environmental performance: A closed design reduces material leakage during sintering. It also cuts smoke, dust, and exhaust emissions.
Stable operation: A PLC automatic control system keeps temperature, time, and other parameters precise. This improves process stability and reliability.
Wide application: The furnace serves metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, chemicals, and other industries. It can sinter and calcine ceramics, diatomite, and similar materials.
Heating principle
The heating system heats the air inside the furnace chamber. Hot air then heats and dries the material.
- Material conveying: Material enters the tunnel furnace and moves forward on a conveyor belt. Hansheng Automation can machine custom conveyor components, drive parts, heat-resistant fixtures, and duct parts from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.
- Heating elements start: The heating elements heat the air in the chamber, raising its temperature.
- Heat exchange: Hot air circulates inside the chamber and exchanges heat with the material on the belt. The material absorbs heat, rises in temperature, and dries.
- Output: After a set time, the material exits the outlet, completing heating and drying.
Beyond the parts discussed above, our precision component customization covers more than one industry. We machine medical device parts, printing machinery parts, yacht precision components, filling machinery parts, RC car precision components, food machinery parts, and tobacco packaging machinery parts. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
