The commonly used methods for motor coil winding are divided into three categories: manual winding, tool assisted winding, and fully automatic winding, which are suitable for different production scales, power levels, and winding types.
1, Scope of application of manual winding (1)
Trial production of low-power motors (≤ 10kW), personalized customization in small batches, or maintenance/trial production of irregular slot types and special winding structures.
Suitable for fine gauge windings with enameled wire diameters ranging from 0.1 to 1.0mm. (2) The key points of operation are to use wooden/plastic winding molds, manually arrange the winding according to the designed number of turns, align each turn during winding to avoid looseness, and pre make insulation sleeves before embedding the wire. After embedding the wire, gently tap the slot wedge to fix it.
2, Tool assisted winding (1) Semi automated equipment types: hand cranked winding machine+manual cable guide, electric winding machine. (2) Scope of application
Small and medium-sized production (annual output of 10~100000 units) of conventional motors with a power of 10~100kW, such as the concentric winding of Y series asynchronous motors.
Suitable for medium to large-sized windings with enameled wire diameter of 1.0~2.5mm. (3) The operating points are to preset the number of turns for the hand cranked winding machine, control the winding spacing (error ≤ 1mm) with the manual cable guide, pre tighten with wire clips after winding, and compact the winding inside the slot with a wire pressing plate after embedding.
3, Fully automatic winding (1) core equipment: CNC fully automatic winding machine, equipped with automatic wire arrangement and automatic pre tensioning mechanism. (2) Scope of application
Large scale standardized production (with an annual output of over 100000 units) of industrial motors with a power of 100kW or more, such as stacked/wave wound windings for high-voltage motors.
Suitable for wide specification windings with enameled wire diameter of 0.3~5.0mm. (3) Key features: CNC system accuracy ± 0.3mm, wiring error ≤ 0.1mm, interlocking winding and embedding, consistency error ≤ 1%, suitable for scenarios with high batch consistency requirements.
