As a key device for detecting torsional moment, torque sensor has the advantages of high precision and high reliability, which is widely used in viscometer, electric wrench and other equipments. However, it may appear in the use of the signal output instability problems, excluding the device itself after the failure, the common causes and solutions are as follows:
1.Installation problems: shafts are not parallel and other installation deviations will directly lead to signal fluctuations, long-term abnormal force may also damage the sensor, need to recalibrate the installation accuracy.
2.Abnormal power supply:Install a voltage regulator or inspect the power supply line; unstable voltage will interfere with the signal output and sensors depend on positive and negative 15V dual power supply or 24V single power supply.
3.Electromagnetic interference: neighboring inverter and other equipment is prone to electromagnetic interference, can be installed in the power supply side of the 1:1 isolation transformer shielding source of interference.

Torque sensor output signal is not stable for many other reasons, the above three are the most common is also able to solve their own. If the self-examination is still not resolved, you need to contact the manufacturer for further testing and maintenance. Priority in the use of installation, power supply and environmental interference from three aspects, can quickly locate most common problems.
