The structure of the indexer may seem simple, but in reality, there are many precautions and taboos from selection to motor distribution, installation and use, as well as regular maintenance.

The first taboo: pay attention to adjusting the stationary position
When installing and using a cam divider, adjusting the static position is a crucial step. For engineers familiar with cam dividers, it is a simple matter. For friends who are new to cam dividers, please pay attention to adjusting the static position. The so-called static position refers to the needle roller bearing staying in the straight line position of the cam, thereby achieving self-locking function
Second taboo: Pay attention to replacing the ventilation screw
When the indexer is in normal use, a large amount of heat is generated by internal friction, which creates an outward expanding force. If the ventilation cap is not replaced to maintain consistent internal and external air pressure, the oil seal will be damaged, leading to oil leakage. Remember to replace the ventilation cap.
When the cam indexer manufacturer Sakurada Xin ships, the ventilation cap usually comes with a wire tied to the side empty space of the indexer. When the matching motor is shipped, the ventilation cap will stick to the side inside the packaging box. You can pay attention to unpacking.
Third taboo: Pay attention to changing lubricating oil
Before installing and using the cam indexer, replace the oil plug with a ventilation cap to maintain ventilation inside and outside. Oil injection: The cam indexer is filled with lubricating oil when it leaves the factory. When using it for the first time, pay attention to checking that the oil level is above the input shaft position. After 1000 hours of operation, the cam indexer should be changed oil once. After the first oil change, it should be changed every 3000 hours. Even if the frequency of use of the cam indexer is low, it should be ensured that the oil is changed once a year.
