A high-speed bottle unscrambler has two main sections: the main machine and the storage and elevating mechanism.
The main machine is the core, handling bottle orientation and conveying. It uses automatic quantitative feeding to distribute bottles evenly onto the turntable. The turntable rotates at high speed and works with a bottle flipper to orient bottles quickly. Bottles stay stable at high speed during conveying, reducing the risk of empty bottles tipping over.
The storage and elevating mechanism stores and lifts bottles, and responds quickly when changing bottle types. The mechanism is flexible, making bottle changeover easy and improving production efficiency.
The machine uses variable-frequency stepless speed control with a German-made SEW motor. Speed control is precise and flexible, and rotation speed can be adjusted to demand, keeping the unscrambling process stable and reliable.
For unscrambling turntables, bottle flippers, chain plates, and guide rails in the storage and elevating mechanism, we can machine to customer drawings, for single pieces or small batches.
Beyond unscrambler parts, our precision component machining capability also covers non-standard parts for filling machinery, pharmaceutical packaging equipment, and daily chemical packaging lines, as well as precision structural parts for yachts and RC race cars. Hansheng Automation machines single pieces or small batches to customer drawings, with material, tolerance, and surface finish specified by the drawing.
