In 3C electronics manufacturing, SCARA robots are frequently used for high-speed insertion of chips, capacitors, resistors, and other micro components. End-of-arm tooling such as gripper bases, nozzle adapters, and mounting plates must maintain tight hole position accuracy and flatness. For such components, Hansheng Automation provides custom machining based on customer drawings, with typical tolerances within ±0.005 mm and materials including 7075 aluminum and SUS304 stainless steel.

In lithium battery production for the new energy sector, SCARA robots handle extraction and placement of electrode sheets. Vacuum suction mounting plates, drive shafts, and arm connecting parts need to combine light weight with high rigidity, while also resisting deformation during continuous high-speed operation.

In automotive manufacturing, SCARA robots are often applied to pick and place engine components from conveyors to assembly stations. Custom gripper bases, locating pins, transition flanges, and anti-collision blocks must match different fixture configurations and maintain stable dimensions under repeated loading.

In the medical and pharmaceutical industries, SCARA robots assist in raw material delivery, finished drug sorting, and packaging. Components such as distributing plates, guide channels, feed screws, and mounting brackets are commonly made from 316L stainless steel, PEEK, or food-grade engineering plastics to meet cleanroom and corrosion resistance requirements.

In semiconductor and hard disk drive manufacturing, SCARA robots handle wafer cassette transfer and precision part distribution. Cleanliness, deburring quality, and dimensional consistency are critical for parts entering high-cleanliness production lines.

Across these applications, the performance of non-standard parts such as end effectors, adapter seats, guide elements, and sorting mechanisms directly affects robot accuracy and line stability. We support custom manufacturing of non-standard parts for SCARA robot applications, from single pieces to small batches, helping optimize tolerance, material selection, and surface treatment.
