When operating an automatic palletizer, keep the following points in mind.

1. Install components per the manual

Do not remove the wrapping paper or string before loading the strap. The coil can loosen easily. Place the strap reel in its fixed position and secure it first, then remove the packaging.

Follow the manual exactly. Wrong component installation can cause abnormal operation or damage.

2. Warm-up and startup

After loading and threading the strap, turn on the power switch on the front panel. Warm up for a few seconds until the sealing head reaches working temperature, usually 1.5 to 3 seconds, then start packing.

Too little warm-up gives weak strapping. Too much can damage the strap or the sealing head.

3. Temperature adjustment

If packing temperature is low, turn the temperature controller clockwise to raise the sealing head temperature. If too high, turn it counterclockwise to lower it.

Adjust according to the strapping material, such as paper or plastic strap. Different materials need different temperatures. Wrong temperature causes weak bonding or melted material.

4. Strapping frequency

Adjust the strap feed length adjuster on the front panel according to object size. Each mark represents feed time in seconds.

Do not set the adjuster to 0. That causes feed failure, hurts palletizing efficiency, and can even cause machine faults.

Test to find the best feed length. Too long wastes material. Too short gives loose strapping.

5. Manual operation and emergency handling

When automatic feed length is insufficient, press the manual strap feed button to add strap and complete the bundle.

The machine has an emergency stop. Operators must know its location and how to use it. In an emergency such as a strap jam or foreign object entry, stop immediately to prevent the incident from growing.

Check emergency stop sensitivity regularly to keep it ready.

6. Safety and daily maintenance

Do not put hands or tools into moving parts while the machine runs. Avoid pinch or pull-in injuries.

Clean debris and dust from the sealing head, strap reel, and guide rails regularly. Buildup can cause strap jams or abnormal temperature.

Lubricate transmission parts such as chains and gears as specified in the manual to reduce wear and extend machine life.

If the machine frequently jams or loses temperature control, stop it, inspect, and contact professional service. Do not force it to run.

7. Environment and material compatibility

Keep the workplace dry and ventilated. Moisture or high temperature affects electrical component performance.

Use strapping matched to the machine model, with correct width and thickness. Incompatible material causes poor feed or sealing head damage.

Efficient operation of an automatic palletizer depends on standard operation and regular maintenance. Operators should follow the steps for installation, warm-up, temperature adjustment, and frequency control, master manual intervention and emergency handling, and pay attention to safety and environment fit. This reduces faults and keeps production continuous.

For transmission parts, strap feed guides, sealing head mounts, and other parts on palletizers, we can machine to customer drawings, for single pieces or small batches. Beyond these parts, our precision component machining capability also covers non-standard parts for food packaging machinery, pharmaceutical packaging equipment, and daily chemical packaging lines, as well as precision structural parts for yachts and RC race cars. Hansheng Automation machines to drawing, with material, tolerance, and surface finish specified by the drawing.
